Membership in Bpeace offers you the opportunity to participate in your philanthropy through a close connection to the Afghan and Rwandan female entrepreneurs Bpeace assists. Our internationally recognized communication tools include emails, blogs, videos and award-winning photography that bring you behind the scenes to see how your support is improving these businesses, thereby providing jobs and community stability. More jobs mean less violence.
Additionally, if you are looking to actively volunteer your business skills and provide pro-bono consulting services, Bpeace membership provides an effective and proven framework in which to satisfy your goals from either your home, office, or on the road with our volunteer missions. Participate virtually on-the-phone, or at in-person meetings when you are in New York.
It doesn't matter where you are locatedBpeace members are based in 23 American states and 4 countries.
Some of the representative ways Bpeace member volunteers have assisted Afghan and Rwandan female entrepreneurs include:
- Improving their business plans;
- Analyzing their financial projections to improve profitability;
- Developing logos, marketing plans, brochures;
- Providing much needed technical expertise with access to professionals in tourism/hospitality; retail; food processing; light manufacturing; business-to-business services; and more than 10 other industries;
- Providing training in finance, marketing, HR and customer service;
- Hosting the Afghan and Rwandan entrepreneurs when they visit the US on business development road trips;
- Fundraising for the Bpeace Economic Development Fund.
- Organizing the annual Bpeace Gala fundraiser in New York.
